Sabor Salou is a gastronomic fair held annually at the Paseo Jaume I of Salou and was designed to publicize the offer of restoration of the municipality and quality gastronomic products of the territory.

This year, the fair Sabor Salou will be held on the weekend of 5 to 7 May, will be the 11th edition and is expected this year to exceed all records of previous fairs.
